Woodville provides safe parking for 2 cars that is in close proximity to the front door enabling guests to unload their luggage easily there is 1 small step into the bungalow but all guest accommodation is on the ground floor.
The front door opens onto the pleasant hallway and situated to the left of the hall is the main living room 25 ft by 12 ft. The lounge area has a large comfortable 3 piece suite, TV and DVD, radio, CD player, books of interest on the surrounding area and a small library of books to relax and read at your leisure. The dining area which overlooks the back patio consists of a pine dresser table and chairs the patio area can be accessed from the dining area via patio doors. The dining area is equipped with all crockery cutlery glassware and linen.
To the right off the lounge is the kitchen 10.5 ft by 13 ft which has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with all cooking ware - kettle, a full size gas cooker, micro-wave, fridge freezer, toaster, washing machine with drying area, iron and ironing board. The Kitchen is equipped with a pine table and chairs all cutlery crockery kitchen utensils and lined. A door from the kitchen leads to the back patio area.
The bedrooms are situated to the right off the hallway and both bedrooms have en suit bathrooms. The double room as a shower, toilet and wash basin. The twin which can also accommodate a z bed as its own bathroom and can accommodation 3 children. There is also a travel cot if required.
The patio area at the back of the accommodation can be accessed via the patio doors in the lounge or the kitchen. The patio has a table and chairs where guests can get a view of Hilary's beautiful garden and in the evening watch the sunset. Guests are encouraged to ask for a guided tour by either Peter or Hilary to see the gardens.
