Woodville is approached from Madeley bank via a leafy lane known as Orchard Lane that leads into the Woodlands an area that is designated as green belt and part of the iron bridge gorge World Heritage site with ample open space and stunning of the gorge an area to relax and unwind.

Parking at the front of the accommodation for 2 cars on a level gravel surface approx 4 meters from the front entrance. This area is equipped with automatic security lighting.

Access to accommodation is via front entrance 75cms wide with 1 small step approx 16 cms.

All accommodation is on the ground floor.

The front entrance leads into a pleasant hallway with light switches 118 cms in height to the right of the door. The flooring in the hallway is quality wooden laminate.

To the left a door 73cms in width leads into the lounge/dining area light switches 118cms in height are to the left of the door the lounge area is equipped with a 3 piece suite coffee table side table a large picture widow overlooking the front garden with large double radiator there is also a gas fire all heating is included the dining area is fitted with a pine dresser table and chairs the room as a 32 colour T V and DVD a C D player with radio the T V is free view, The dining area as large patio doors that open out onto a pleasant patio area. The flooring in the lounge dining area is good quality wooden laminate with a large rug in front of the gas fire. To the right the door 73 cms in width leads into the kitchen 318 cms by 400cms.
